Back in 2017, when we taken this project, It was a traditional mechanic workshop. As most the other SME in the industry, most users aren’t very much understand about digital & branding’s definition. Our consultant educate, guide & share ideas with users to maximize the knowledge of possibilities in Branding & digital with passion.

We gathered User experiences through interviews, understood stakeholders vision & expectations.
We do industry research, and formulate the digital front-end & backend structures, design the look & feel aligned to satisfying user’s visionary taste.
Mobile APP
From user experiences’s perspective, we conducted several round of user group meeting to collect all features & functions desired for the APP. Group members included mechanic manager, Services advisors, management, compliance manager, GM, marketing & finance members. To get the balance points from many angle & perspective.
We accessed the organization’s current position & implemented a new strategy adopted in the APP design later. We surveyed & point out the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of the organization, which make a car-workshop so outstanding e.g: It’s the ONLY car-workshop in Singapore founded the Hybrid battery reconditioning Technology & provide the services. We help to strengthen the internal system by fixing the SAP system with our professional services. We help to open up all possibility opportunities & chances in increase sales and customer’s satisfaction. We help to eliminate the threat for SME by guiding every user to onboard on this digital platform. Evolving technology is an ever-present threat, as well as an opportunity!

Web Portal For APP (User & Admin):
Every APP shall implement a backend system, for internal Admin, to update contents (video, GIF, images & text) easily. As well as manage all sales & customer data, and uses for data analytics for better decision making. This is especially useful for services management manger – to keep tract of all booking services. It is a tools for marketing to promote & fully owned digital platform to do variety of marketing patterns.

Multimedia Contents
We design the feel & look. We consulted the brand images, we sketched the storyboarding & communicate with the best photographer & videographer sourced in town for the production. We direct & facilitates for every single details till the end production. We spent few trip as there were total 3 workshops, 1 paint shop & Singapore city view photo shooting. We advised media buy options & fundamental of running marketing campaigns.
